It's in my eyes, and it doesn't look that way to me, In my eyes. - Minor Threat
View this post on Instagram Ok, understand i do my instagram in rows of three so yeah I’m a bit OCD or what ever it’s called 🤣 so I’ll be posting a row of 3 pictures of myself over the next three days (only since it’s my birthday tomorrow) 🙄 This photograph was made by the border wall in BELFAST, in northern Ireland. I went there for the day with my friends from Dublin after my FUCK YOU ALL exhibition opening in Dublin, almost 9 years ago. I had never been to Ireland before so i took it as a responsibility to go for historical, cultural and sociological reasons. It was a heavy visit, all i expected in beauty of the country side on the way up and back, and politics of the region while there . Coincidentally we ran into Gerry Adams behind the Parliament the next day. Pretty awesome. Yes, Stiff Little Fingers and The Undertones made me curious as well of course. The curator of the gig, photographer, and DJ who became my friend Aidan Kelly made this photograph of me there, with my trusty Pentax k-1000. #Travel #FuckYouAll #SkateBoarding #Photography #CuttingMyTeeth #PUNKROCK #Belfast #Ireland #Inspired #Integrity #MyRules #FuckYouHeroes #SinnFéin #theTroubles . . Go to link in bio to get the art book of my aesthetic. It’s dope! ✌🏽🙏🏽👊🏽A post shared by glen E. friedman Ⓥ (@glenefriedman) on Mar 2, 2019 at 8:20am PST
